Pack Bike Day

A huge shout out to all of the parents and leaders who attended the bike ride event this April. We had a lot of scouts show up to participate in this event and keeping track of all of them as the ride around the 1.7 mile loop around the Fox River takes a lot of parents and leaders being willing to ride bikes along with them, walk with the slower groups or even set up at each end of the trail by the busy roads to ensure that scouts safely make turns and continue on. The Webelos, along with some younger scouts that are skilled riders, had to do at least 3 laps in order to meet their requirements and they all did great. All of the scouts seemed to have a great time and we look forward to making an event like this a yearly thing with all dens being invited.
