Over the weekend Pack 30 had a great turnout for the annual Potawatomi Area Council River Rats weekend camp-out. We shared a campsite with Pack 87, and enjoyed a full weekend of fun activities. Other than a light rain late on Friday night, the weekend was full of sunshine and great weather. Those that came were able to practice archery, BB gun shooting, fire building, climbing wall and many more great activities that our Cub Scouts can only do at camp.
All of our Scouts had a great time on the activities, enjoyed some fun with their fellow scouts and family, and met some new friends.
Everyone that participated attained the Archery, BB Gun Shooting and Ultimate Frisbee belt loops. |
