This year there are a few Adult Leaders from Pack 30 that we would like to recognize, that have done an exceptional job to help run the Pack. As we mentioned a few months ago, Pack 30 received the Journey to Excellence Gold award through the efforts of each of the Scout leaders and committee members.
Tenure Awards This year we would like to commend the following leaders for the following Anniversary dates:  | 7 years | Jennifer Werner (Den Leader, Committee Chair, COR)

Council Awards This year we also commend the following leaders on earning these awards. Scout Leader Training Award Darrell Kohlmann, Webelos Den Leader, Pack Trainer, resident Eagle Scout was awarded the Scout Leader Training Award for his outstanding leadership as a Den Leader and Committee Member.
Award Requirements: Tenure:
- Complete at least 2 years of tenure as a registered adult leader in a Cub Scout pack.
Training:
- Complete basic training for any Cub Scout leader position.
- Complete This Is Scouting training.
- Attend a pow wow or university of Scouting (or equivalent), or attend at least four Round Tables (or equivalent) during each year of the tenure used for this award.
Performance: - Participate in an annual pack planning meeting in each year.
- Serve as an adult leader in a pack that achieves at least the Bronze level of Journey to Excellence in each year.
- Give primary leadership in meeting at least one pack Journey to Excellence objective in each year.
- Participate in at least one additional supplemental or advanced training event at the council, area, region, or national level during the two years.
