Park Clean-up 2018 - RESCHEDULED

Update: 4/18/2018 - Due to some late season snow and general cold, we (and the city of Waukesha) will be rescheduling the park clean-up for another date. Stay tuned.

April 21st, Pack 30 will again participate in the City of Waukesha Earth Day cleanup event as one of our community service projects.  This year's event will be on Saturday April 21st from 9 AM - noon.  We will be cleaning up Woodfield Park (107 Cambridge Ave in Waukesha).  Additional details will be sent out prior to the event.  Please mark your calendars if you are able to attend.

We will be outside for this clean-up. Please wear your uniform, but also dress for the weather. We will be near water, so parents will need to be near their scouts during the clean-up. Also, the city provides latex gloves to help keep your hands clean, however if you have work gloves, they often work better.

Since the clean-up is on Saturday, we can park at the Ascension Lutheran Church, or along the street near Dopp St. and Cambridge Ave. The park is large, so we will start at the north end, near the playground and lake, and clean as much as we can.

This is a great way for our Pack to give back to the Community and help make the City of Waukesha parks look better so we can enjoy them all summer.

We look forward to seeing you there for as much as you can help out.
