We would like to invite you to a camping adventure with Pack 30. Our annual pack camp-out is a time for all of us to welcome the Summer vacation, enjoy some time outdoors, and have fun with the members of our Pack. It doesn't matter if you a veteran camper or have never set up a tent before, bring the whole family and have some fun. We have a few experienced Eagle Scouts in the pack that are always willing to help out. If you don't have camping equipment, we can usually find some extra you can borrow. We typically arrive on Saturday, set up and enjoy some activities. This year, our Webelos I Den is planning the events. It sounds like we'll have games, hiking, a rocket launch, scout skills, songs, skits and s'mores! We'll be at Menomonee County Park, in the Group Campground. This area is on the southern end of the camp (to the right) after you pass the entry gate and main buildings. You will need a County Park pass to stay overnight. Those can be purchased at the front office when you arrive. This year the Pack will be covering all participants registration fees and the firewood we'll be using for the evening's fire. We'll send out a sign-up for shared meals. Your family is responsible for lunch on Saturday (for yourselves), and any snacks/drinks you want to bring (no alcohol). If you don't want to camp, please come out on Saturday for the activities, and stay for dinner and the campfire program. Even by doing that, you can count it toward your required camping Adventure, which each rank has. A few of us will be staying two nights. You are always welcome to do that as well. We will have the site after 11:00am on Friday. The details are below. Who: All pack 30 families. Siblings are also welcome to attend.
