We thought we would try to do one last outing this summer before the scouts are back in school.  We are planning a games event at Buchner park at 2pm on Sunday, August 25th.  If your scout has  attended one event in each month during the summer they will be eligible to receive the summertime pack award.

We anticipate having  a water games (be prepared to get wet), and other team or group games.  If you scout has a friend that might be interested in scouting please invite them to come as well to show them some of the fun events we do.  I would anticipate the event lasting approximately hour and we should be able to gather in the open area near the pavilion.  If for some reason that is full we will find another spot at the park to do our games.

Hope to see everyone there.  If you know that you are coming please let me know so we can make sure to make enough games planned for all the scouts.  Have them wear a class B scout shirt(like a camping or other scouting t shirt)
