Last night we had two of our scouts graduate from our pack to a local troop. I just wanted to let both of them know that it has been great having them be part of our Pack, and it was wonderful to watch them grow over these last three years that I've been Cubmaster. I'm glad that both of you are joining a Troop that you enjoy, and want to congratulate you on the hard work and dedication it took to earn your Arrow of Light awards. You met the challenge put forth when you first joined Cub Scouts, and I look forward to you taking that next step into Boy Scouts, and hopefully meeting the challenge of earning your Eagle Scout award.
Also, a big thank you to Mr. Bovee, who has been their Den Leader from the beginning. I am glad we had an opportunity to work together these past few years, and look forward to seeing you again at a future scouting event. In the mean time, relax, have fun and keep those boys motivated and learning. |
